How is dell customer service




















After that continuously calling, direct enquiry in that service centre but not responds. Even though they are the authorized dell service centre they are unnecessarily blaming some third party for not giving the service support to them. Ultimately as an end user I am Suffering last 1. But within the span of a 15 days, the ethernet port was faulty. I have approached the customer care through mob but it took them long time to reply. But with 30days, some other problem surfaced , and again the old problem the old system was followed like basic trouble shooting and many to follow the suit.

But the Customer care could notable to identify the problem. So We took the laptop to the Dell service centre JC road, banglore where the Mother board was gone faulty. With a week another problem surfaced and this time it was again the ethernet port problem.

The customer care agent could not able to rectify the problem, so we took it to Dell showroom JC Road, Bangalore. When we throughy check from ISP end, the problem was surfaced from Dell end itself. This is the worst call center. Within the short span of about one and half a year, the same started malfunctioning and the backup supply provided therein, is no more functioning. The Laptop was purchased from the N. Railway Emplpoyees co-Operative Soc iety Ltd.

While purchasing, an authorised service personel, namely Sri A. Banerjee and his mobile number was written in my warranty card but, despite several efforts he could not be contacted compelling me to lodge the complaint to customer care No.

Obviously, a question arises, as to why the N. Railway, Maligaon. I went to the service center in Kolkata and get it replaced. Plz Wait Transfer cannot be completed plz try again later" Sir, I called in the above number about 20 to 30 times but i could hear only the things above.

I called again at the service center and they gave me this e-mail address. Sir, I am sorry to inform you that I am feeling that I have been unnecessary harassed " why should a customer have to go from one door to another" what's the purpose of a service center then. I guess this computer is going in the garbage. If you want to avoid headaches, and inconsiderate people who don't care for your business The "techs" are hard to understand and every time you are on hold it's atleast 10 minutes!

I've been on a call for 50 minutes now and am still on hold again to talk to a supervisor! This is unacceptable and ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this company is my advice. More they tell me to buy more service from them!!! You non-action to my complaint may compel me to go to consumer Forum as well as other legal authorities for redressal of my grievances. Your Company seems not to be interested in solving the issues. There is no reply from your side yet.

I am waiting for next 24 hrs else i would take harsh steps against Dell. I am really fed up after buying dell laptop. Each and Every Day some or other issues Comeup and i have to rush to cyber cafe for completing my work. Your engineer visited us. Firstly he was unble to detect the problem. Then he replaced screen and the motherboard. I thought that the issue is resolved. But then again the keyboard stopped working.

All the USB ports stopped working. If i atttach any external media then the laptop used to restart. Afterso much calls and complain the keyboard was replaced. Optical Disk Drive was also replaced by the servicecentre.

Now again such problems are cropping. What sort of Repair work was carried out by your engineer and the service centre. I am a teacher by profession teaching studentsand my brother is a lawyer in Supreme Court. I am totally harassessed by this. You can do whatever you like with this hell system. I want full replacement of the system else i will file a legal suit against your company.

EST, and it took about 5 minutes to get connected to the right department because the virtual assistant was ignoring my request to tell it the service tag.

It was interesting because they kept track of my calls and a manager took it upon themselves to ask me about my experience, which was unexpected, to say the least. I told them everything was fine just to get off the phone. But if a customer is having issues with technical support, it's good to know that Dell will reach out.
